By placing an order with One Happy Home, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions below. These guidelines are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a smooth delivery experience for all customers.
Product Information
At One Happy Home, we strive to present all product details as accurately as possible. Our descriptions, specifications, and images are based on information provided by our suppliers. However, on rare occasions, there may be typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct or update any information and, if necessary, cancel or adjust orders should any details be inaccurate—whether before or after an order has been placed. This is done without prior notice and in accordance with applicable laws.
Colours & Images
We do our best to display colours accurately. Please note that colours may appear slightly different depending on individual screen settings. Product images are for illustration purposes only and may vary slightly from the actual item.
Natural Materials
For solid wood products, natural variations in colour, grain, texture, knots, and minor cracks are to be expected and are part of the beauty of natural materials. These characteristics are not considered defects but rather a mark of authenticity and craftsmanship. As wood ages, slight changes in colour may occur due to temperature, humidity, and sunlight exposure—this is completely natural.
Lead Time
All lead times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- Small made-to-order or back-order items: approximately 4–6 weeks
- Large made-to-order or back-order items: approximately 6–10 weeks
While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including shipping delays, weather conditions, global disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Please note:
- Orders cannot be cancelled due to delayed fulfilment.
- Lead times may be extended without prior notice.
Delivery Information
One Happy Home will notify you 2–5 working days prior to your scheduled delivery via WhatsApp, SMS, or email. Kindly acknowledge our message within 24 hours so that delivery arrangements can be confirmed.
If we do not receive a response within this timeframe, the delivery for that day may be cancelled. Redelivery will be arranged based on slot availability and may take up to 7 days.
Delivery Days & Timing
- Deliveries are conducted Monday to Saturday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
- No deliveries on Sundays or Public Holidays
- Exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed; a time window will be provided
Customers are responsible for ensuring items can fit through doorways, staircases, and lifts prior to purchase. Product dimensions are available on our website and in-store.
Delivery & Product Assembly Charges
Delivery and assembly apply to furniture items only and include unpacking, assembly, and placement.
Assembly does not include wall-mounted installations (e.g. mirrors, shelves, bathroom cabinets) or any work requiring wall drilling.

Incorrect Delivery Address
Delivery details will be reconfirmed with you prior to delivery. Please ensure all address details are accurate.
If a correction is not made before delivery and redelivery is required, a S$50 redelivery fee will apply. Our team will contact you to arrange the next available delivery slot.
Rescheduling of Delivery
- Delivery rescheduling is allowed at least 2 working days before the scheduled date, subject to slot availability, at no additional charge.
- Rescheduling within 2 working days of the scheduled delivery (or after acknowledgement of delivery confirmation) will incur a S$50 administrative/restocking fee.
Refusal of Entry by Building Management
Customers are responsible for obtaining any required permits or deposits from building management prior to delivery.
If entry is denied upon arrival, delivery will be rescheduled, subject to availability, and a S$50 redelivery fee will apply.
Delivery Surcharge for Non-Lift Accessible Storeys
We are happy to deliver provided there is safe and reasonable access to the delivery location.
Stairwell Access
If items cannot be delivered via lift and stair access is required, additional charges apply due to increased manpower and time required.
- Small & Regular Items: S$10 per storey
- Large & Extra-Large Items: S$20 per storey
This applies to HDB units, maisonettes, condominiums, penthouses, landed homes, and commercial properties.
For safety reasons:
- A maximum of 6 storeys via stairs is allowed
- Charges are calculated per item, per storey
Example:
3 items × 4 storeys × S$10 = S$120
One Happy Home reserves the right to decline delivery if conditions are deemed unsafe. We appreciate advance notice so we can arrange sufficient manpower and time.
Delays Due to Unforeseen Circumstances
While timely delivery is important to us, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays. In such cases, One Happy Home reserves the right to reschedule delivery, subject to available slots.
Delivery delays do not constitute order cancellation. Customers will be informed should such situations arise. One Happy Home shall not be liable for any losses or expenses incurred due to delayed delivery.
Disposal of Old Furniture
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not provide furniture disposal services. Our delivery team is also not permitted to dispose of items at common rubbish areas, as this may be considered illegal dumping.
For disposal assistance, we recommend:
- HDB residents: Contact your Town Council for complimentary bulky item removal
- Condominium residents: Contact your Management Office
- Alternatively, engage a licensed waste collector for their service.
