EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal and natural wear and tear
- Wear and tear of wheels and caps
- Wear and tear caused by improper and excessive use and abuse
- Damage caused by normal and natural wear and tear
- Improper assembly of servicing by unqualified persons
- Improper or project-based use of furniture intended for private use
- Exposure of product to undesired heat, moisture, liquids and cleaning products
- Discolouration caused by (sun)light
- Damage caused by sharp, hot, or damp objects
- Environmental influences like undesirable levels of dryness, humidity, light and temperature.
- Vandalism, theft, abuse and damage caused by impacts or accidents
- Damage and stains caused by pets, heat sources, and mould caused by moisture (mildew)
- Stains caused by bodily fluids, body and hair care products
- Discolouration caused by medicine use (chemical reaction)
- Any changes caused by products containing acids or alcohol, as well as solvents
- Unauthorised attempts to clean, repair or modify product
- Spots and rings caused by unremoved water, moisture and condensation
- Specific characteristics of product and material that are not covered by the guarantee
- Poor maintenance

Our collections are fashioned from recycled metals, reclaimed woods, and other hand-finished natural materials, highlighting organic variations, occasional distress marks, sporadic oxidations, color shifts, and more. These natural attributes are inherent characteristics that do not compromise the functionality of your piece and are not indicative of quality defects.

OUTDOOR FURNITURE
One Happy Home outdoor collections are crafted to resist the elements and frame your outdoor gathering spaces in comfort and style, but they should also be protected from damage and extreme weather. Please note that our Limited Warranty excludes coverage for damages resulting from regular wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, extreme environmental conditions such as proximity to the sea, or inadequate care and storage practices.
To preserve the longevity of your outdoor furniture, we highly recommend covering the frames when not in use for an extended period. Prior to covering, ensure thorough cleaning and drying of the furniture to prevent mildew growth during storage. Ideally, cushions should be removed and stored in a dry location. Over time, untreated teak will develop a silvery-grey patina, a natural process that does not compromise the quality or functionality of the furniture and is not deemed a quality defect. |

WARRANTY DEFINITION
The One Happy Home Limited Warranty is non-transferrable and pertains to both indoor and outdoor furniture intended for residential (non-commercial) use exclusively. It becomes invalid if the furniture is utilized in a non-household environment, subjected to misuse, improper handling, reupholstering, or repaired by entities other than One Happy Home or its affiliated partners. Adherence to proper care and usage guidelines is imperative to uphold the terms outlined in this warranty.
WARRANTY SERVICE
One Happy Home commits to repairing or providing an equivalent replacement for any furniture affected by product defects. In the event of a replacement, an exact match to the original piece cannot be guaranteed. Should the original piece be unavailable, a comparable item of similar value and style will be offered as a substitute. Notably, cash refunds are not provided, and One Happy Home's liability is limited to the furniture's purchase price, excluding any incidental or consequential damages. Customers must furnish proof of purchase to facilitate product exchanges or warranty services. Any repaired or replaced items under this Limited Warranty will only be covered for the remaining duration of the initial warranty period.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
The Limited Warranty does not cover damage arising from normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, natural disasters, or inadequate care and storage. Many products from One Happy Home are meticulously handcrafted from natural materials, showcasing inherent beauty in variations, distressed appearances, oxidations, colour fluctuations, and other natural characteristics. These features are typical and do not impact the functionality of the piece, falling outside the coverage of the Limited Warranty.
This Limited Warranty stands as the sole warranty and remedy, explicitly disclaiming any other warranties, whether express or implied, such as merchantability and fitness for specific purposes. There are no warranties beyond those outlined in this document. One Happy Home absolves itself from any liability for damages resulting from negligence and strict product liability to the maximum extent permissible by law. The warranty exclusively applies to the Purchaser and is neither transferable nor expandable in scope by any representative, salesperson, agent, or employee of One Happy Home. Any violation or breach of this provision by the Purchaser or their representatives will render the warranty null and void.
