Returns, Cancellation and Refunds Policy

We hope you enjoy your journey in furniture shopping with us. As with all online purchases, you agree that all photos used are for illustration purposes only.  Natural materials like wood and marble feature unique grains, marks, and patterns, resulting in variations between the purchased item and the website images. Our team takes pride in accurately adjusting and correcting product colors displayed on the website. Please note that colors may appear differently on various screens, which is not considered an error. Additionally, please allow 1-3 cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.

CHANGE OF MIND

Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the items cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through check out. This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your orders. 

 

RETURN POLICY

We advise our customers to inspect the items carefully for damages when we deliver and install the items. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact us for assistance. Kindly note the following policy conditions:

1. A restocking fee of 30% of the total item value applies to all returns to cover initial delivery and other incidental costs. Additionally, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2. Only unused and undamaged items can be returned. Products showing signs of wear, damage, alterations, or misuse will not be accepted for refunds. One Happy Home Pte Ltd has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
3. For minor defects, we will promptly schedule a touch-up service. In cases of significant defects such as broken wood or cracked glass, a one-time replacement will be provided. Replacement items may require 3-5 weeks for ready-made products or 5-10 weeks for custom-made items.
4. Please note that unscheduled returns to our address will not be accommodated without prior arrangement.
5. All products qualify for a return except for the following: 
    • Customized products
    • Products that require on-site assembly
    • Wall-mounted items (e.g shelving units), will not be accepted after installation 
    • Modular wardrobes
    • Leather furniture
    • Marble furniture
    • Bedroom sets
    • Products that are not in its new and original unopened condition
    • Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odors.

 

REFUND POLICY

Shipping and delivery are hard costs we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the initial invoiced amount will be applied. This fee is intended to offset the administrative, logistical, and handling costs linked to the return procedure. Consequently, your refund will be calculated as follows: Purchase Price – 30% of invoice value – Delivery fee – additional fees (if any) = Refunded Amount (S$).

The refund will exclude additional fees paid for the following services:

  • Delivery
  • Assembly
  • Staircase delivery
  • Any third-party platform fee or third-party payment gateway fee.
  • Furniture Repair or Restoration Fee incurred in Singapore

Refunds will be processed after the returned item is collected. Please allow 7 business days for the refund process, with refunds issued in the form of a store credit note.

All refunds will strictly be refunded via store credits. As a token of goodwill, we are happy to offer store credits without an expiration date.
