Returns, Cancellation and Refunds Policy
We hope you enjoy your journey in furniture shopping with us. As with all online purchases, you agree that all photos used are for illustration purposes only and there may be variations in the actual product/s in terms of wood grain, marble streak, color, and shine. Please also allow 1-3 cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.

Change of Mind
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the items cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.
As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through check out. This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your orders.
We advise our customers to inspect the items carefully for damages when we deliver and install the items. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. For minor defective goods, we will arrange for our team to do a touch up as soon as possible, subject to our earliest schedule. For major defects (broken wood, cracked glass etc.) we are able to provide a one-time replacement. The replacement item may take 3-5 weeks for ready-made items or 5-10 weeks for custom-made items.
Request for return directly at our specified address without prior arrangement will not be entertained.
All products qualify for a return except for the following:
- Customized products
- Products that require on-site assembly
- Modular wardrobes
- Bedroom sets
- Products that are not in its new and original unopened condition
- Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odors.
For all returns to us, there will be a restocking fee of 18% of the total item value to cover for initial delivery costs and other incidental costs. You will also be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.
Products should be unused, undamaged, in a resalable condition and with its original packaging fully intact. One Happy Home has the full discretion to decide whether any item is in a condition suitable for return and reserves the right to reject any returns if they are deemed unfit for return.
Shipping is a hard cost we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee of 18% of the original invoiced value. As such, you will be refunded the following: Purchase Price – 18% invoice value = Refunded Amount (S$).
1 year warranty, commencing from the date of delivery. We warrant that all furniture be free of defective materials and workmanship.
If during the warranty period, a product is deemed defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace the defected part(s). This Warranty will cover all replacement or repair costs.
For natural materials like Solid wood / Marble / Genuine Leather, if there have natural flaws, cracks, or tree scars these are not considered as a manufacturing defects.
Limitations and Exceptions:
- This warranty does not apply if your furniture is damaged by using detergents, abrasives, or other harsh cleaning agents.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from negligence, abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents: including (but not limited to) burns, cuts, scratches, tears, scuffs, watermarks, indentations, or pet damage.
- The warranty does not apply if the product is used outdoors.
- In respect of manufacturing defects detected after the warranty period, the cost of material components and replacement parts, with all labor charges and transportation costs (if any) to be covered by the Customer.
