Natural materials like wood and marble feature unique grains, marks, and patterns, resulting in variations between the purchased item and the website images. Our team takes pride in accurately adjusting and correcting product colors displayed on the website. Please note that colors may appear differently on various screens, which is not considered an error. Additionally, please allow 1-3 cm measuring deviation due to manual measurement.

CHANGE OF MIND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not normally provided where you have simply changed your mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the items cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before proceeding with your order.
CANCELLATION POLICY
As much as we would love to help, it is not logistically possible to change or cancel an order once it has processed through check out. This means that no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to: removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your orders.

We endeavor to provide the best service possible. We want your experience to be seamless from check-out to assembly - so leave the heavy lifting, mounting or installation to our team.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Our in-home delivery & installation service charge is $50 per location.
Delivery is free for all orders above $1,000.
Deliveries to special areas (including but not limited to Sentosa, air bases and SAF camps) will incur an additional S$20 per trip.
If an item needs to be carried up the stairs internally or externally, we require prior notice to ensure sufficient manpower is available. Carry-up charges of $20 per level will be applicable in the event there is no lift access to the level of delivery. We reserve this right to make this decision in respect to the safety of the delivery team and the integrity of your item.
One Happy Home reserves the right to reschedule delivery if not previously notified about staircase access. There will be a restocking fee of 10%.
DELIVERY SERVICE AND TIMESLOTS
Our in-home deliveries and installation service will be scheduled into different timeslots (e.g, 9:00-16:00 or 17:00-22:00), and we are unable to provide a specific timing (like exactly 10:00). However, our team will inform you 20-30 minutes prior to delivery.
ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL
Our priority is a smooth and efficient fulfillment of your order. We do our best to ship your items on time as soon as they become available. All shipments are subject to unexpected carrier delays and unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, vehicle breakdowns, bad weather, pandemic or our delivery team might be slightly held up. While our delivery teams are constantly striving for punctuality, we also hope for their safety on the roads.
One Happy Home cannot be held liable for late deliveries.
30 DAYS FREE WAREHOUSING
To provide you with a great product at the best value, if your ordered products arrived in our warehouse and the time is not good for you to receive them, we can provide 30 days' free warehousing. We will hold your ordered items carefully in our warehouse and wait for your delivery notice.
Should you require additional storage after 30 days, an additional fee of $50 per item per month shall be imposed.

RETURN POLICY
We advise our customers to inspect the items carefully for damages when we deliver and install the items. Though rare, there is a possibility of manufacturing defects or even furniture being damaged during transportation. Requests for returns must be made within 5 days of receiving the item. To initiate a return, please contact us for assistance. Kindly note the following policy conditions:
- Customized products
- Products that require on-site assembly
- Wall-mounted items (e.g shelving units), will not be accepted after installation
- Modular wardrobes
- Leather furniture
- Marble furniture
- Bedroom sets
- Products that are not in its new and original unopened condition
- Products that have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged and/or with traces of fragrance or odors.
REFUND POLICY
Shipping and delivery are hard costs we incur from our logistics partners. If you decide to return the item, a restocking fee equivalent to 30% of the initial invoiced amount will be applied. This fee is intended to offset the administrative, logistical, and handling costs linked to the return procedure. Consequently, your refund will be calculated as follows: Purchase Price – 30% of invoice value – Delivery fee – additional fees (if any) = Refunded Amount (S$).
The refund will exclude additional fees paid for the following services:
- Delivery
- Assembly
- Staircase delivery
- Any third-party platform fee or third-party payment gateway fee.
- Furniture Repair or Restoration Fee incurred in Singapore
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is collected. Please allow 7 business days for the refund process, with refunds issued in the form of a store credit note.
All refunds will strictly be refunded via store credits. As a token of goodwill, we are happy to offer store credits without an expiration date.
